High School Preseason 2025

High School Preseason Lacrosse 2025

This program is for McDowell students in grades 9–12. It runs through January and February, and the registration covers all offseason activities. (There will be a new registration for the spring season, which begins in March.)

The offseason fee is $125. You must have a valid USA Lacrosse membership. If you do not have a membership or if you need to renew it, click here to go to the USA Lacrosse website. For questions about payments, please contact our treasurer, Adam Bible: [email protected].

We welcome new players! If you have never played lacrosse before and would like to try a session for free, please email Josh Bischof: [email protected]. Most boys who try it at least once get hooked! We also welcome multisport players.

The offseason will comprise the following:

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00–9:30 pm, at Erie Premier West (4504 W Ridge Rd.). These sessions will begin on January 7 and run through February 27.
Mondays, 7:00–8:30 pm, McDowell High School weight room. These sessions will begin on January 6 and run through March 3.
Wednesdays, 7:00–8:30 pm, McDowell High School North Gym. (As of now, no Wednesday practices on January 15, 22 and 29 because of facility conflicts — we are working on alternatives.)

We communicate primarily through BAND. If you have not yet joined the high school BAND, please click here to join. We will also post all offseason events in the BAND calendar.

Middle School Preseason 25

Middle School Preseason Lacrosse

This program is for new and returning boys in grades 5 - 8 (4th grade with experience) in Millcreek and any area schools. Multi-sport athletes are welcome.

Practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning on January 7th. Please check the calendar in our Band app for detailed times and locations. All schedule updates will be communicated in Band, so please join and enable notifications.

The program cost is $75 plus a valid US Lacrosse Membership (required for insurance purposes). For questions regarding payment, please contact Adam Bible at 814.384.6363.
All players must wear required equipment for all organized lacrosse activities. We have a limited amount of equipment for rent at a fee of $25.
