Membership Requirements
- Registration: Read and complete all sections of this online registration prior to attending your first workout or practice. Players are not eligible to participate in workouts, practices, or other club activities until this registration process has been completed. There can be no exceptions to this requirement. When registering we urge you to authorize receipt of text messages as this is the most efficient and effective way to communicate last minute schedule changes.
- Payments: Full payment is due at time of registration using the secure EasyMerchant payment by credit/debit card. Checks or cash accepted only if prior arrangements are made with the Treasurer. Players who are are not in good standing, including any outstanding payments, will be excluded from practice or other club activities until all fees are paid-in-full (and may be charged a late fee). Exceptions will only be made if appropriate arrangements are made with the Club Treasurer and payments are made on time.
- Fundraising: Every effort is made to provide planned activities through the membership fees detailed above. We are only able to do this through fundraising and ask all families to participate in club fundraising activities.
- Sponsorship: Players are encouraged to seek sponsorships to help offset their participation costs. Please contact Club Treasurer for additional details.
- USA Lacrosse Membership: A current youth USA Lacrosse membership is required to participate in club programs. If your membership does not cover the full season, you will be prompted to renew your membership. This USA Lacrosse membership fee is paid directly to USA Lacrosse.
- Equipment: All players must wear required equipment for all organized lacrosse activities. The club does have a limited number of equipment sets available for rental:
o Helmet
o Gloves
o Chest protector (must meet NOCSAE standards)
o Crosse (stick)
o Mouthpiece (not clear or white) that covers all top teeth
o Protective cup
o Shoes (cleats) suitable for grass and artificial playing surfaces
If you are uncertain about specifications or need help with sizing, please ask before purchasing.
Players will be assigned a game jersey/uniform, to be returned at the end of the season. It is the player's responsibility to keep all equipment and uniform(s) clean and in good repair at all times. Players/parents will be responsible for the replacement cost of lost or damaged uniform items.
Players electing to borrow equipment from others do so voluntarily and at their own risk.
